Don Bradford has over 35 years experience representing clients in a variety of cases including pharmaceutical injuries (Vioxx, Zyprexa, Ortho Evra), environmental and toxic torts, securities and investment fraud, and general civil litigation. He has been honored by his peers with the coveted Martindale-Hubbell “AV Preeminent” classification. The Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are an objective indicator of a lawyer’s high ethical standards and professional ability, generated from evaluations of lawyers by other members of the bar and the judiciary in the United States and Canada. From 2005 through 2011, Mr. Bradford ran the Oklahoma office of Seeger Weiss LLP, a nationally prominent mass tort and personal injury law firm.
Mr. Bradford has recently represented plaintiffs in multiple cases against national hog producing companies involving odor nuisance to adjacent landowners, and against national poultry producers for nuisance causing pollution of the waters of Grand Lake in Mayes County Oklahoma. He and Marc Albert, along with California co-counsel, recently successfully represented a plaintiff in a significant wrongful death action involving the tip-over of a cherry picker boom lift used on a commercial painting job in Oklahoma City.
Mr. Bradford and Mr. Albert bring their respective experience to focus on representing plaintiffs exclusively in personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability matters.
